Pauline is a graduate from the Okanagan Valley College of Massage Therapy.
She includes many modalities in her practice including myofascial release, trigger point release, active release, lymph drainage, sports taping and Swedish and wellness massage. She is not considered a “deep tissue” therapist, although some techniques do require some depth.
